Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a talented and motivated SaaS/Web Developer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing web and SaaS applications from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with our team to create high-quality digital products while ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution.
As a developer at Web Prodigies, you’ll have the flexibility to work on your own schedule while meeting project goals and deadlines. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor aspiring developers in our community, contribute to community discussions, and create valuable resources such as documentation and guides. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage web and SaaS projects from start to finish.
Utilize technologies approved by Web Prodigies to ensure project consistency.
Implement unlimited revisions as needed throughout the development process.
Maintain regular communication with the team through weekly meetings to provide project updates (12pm EST every other day).
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions before handing over completed projects. We use loom for asynchronous communication.
Contribute to additional tasks, such as mentoring students, responding to community Q&A, and creating documentation or guides.
Assist in video creation by providing technical support and clarifications.
Ensure that all work aligns with copyright and intellectual property standards.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company projects and proprietary information.
Provide 1 on 1 mentorship and support to the Web Prodigies community.
Technical calls for internal partners.
Build projects for YouTube videos.
Provide time stamps for long form content with short titles.
Maintaining source code of past and current projects.
Create videos for Prodigies University in the style of Web Prodigies.
Requirements
Proven experience in web and SaaS development.
Proficiency in technologies like React, Nextjs, supabase, posegresql, realtime streaming, clerk, shadcn-ui, AWS, hostinger, coolify, vercel.
Ability to read documentation and adapt to new technologies.
Can convert Figma mockups, themes and designs into pixel perfect web apps.
Knowledge in mobile app development like React native is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to lead team standup meetings.
Knowledge of Go High Level CRM tool for handling Web Prodigies website and services.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration.
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
Commitment to intellectual property and confidentiality agreements.
Will have to work in US EST time zone.
Ability to communicate project requirements with the team effectively.
