Certain Services or parts of the Service are available only with a paid subscription ("Subscription"). You will be charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
Important: All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period. You will be billed immediately upon subscription activation and then on the same date each billing period thereafter.

Cancellation will prevent future automatic renewals, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. If automatic billing fails for any reason (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), we will attempt to collect payment using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be suspended or terminated, and you may lose access to premium features or content. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price increases via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscription benefits may include access to premium content, exclusive features, priority support, or other enhanced services. The specific benefits included in your subscription are outlined in your subscription plan details. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove subscription benefits with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Subscriptions are personal to the account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Each subscription grants access to one individual user account only. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of subscription benefits may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
Important: Web Prodigies does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information or payment method details. All payment information is securely collected, processed, and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in compliance with the highest industry security standards including PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

We Do Not Store Credit Card Information: Web Prodigies does not store any credit card information on our servers. Your Responsibility to Manage Subscriptions: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for managing your active subscriptions and ensuring that you unsubscribe from any recurring services when you no longer wish to use them. Charges will continue to be processed automatically for all active subscriptions until you explicitly cancel them. Failure to cancel a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for charges incurred during the active subscription period.
Removing Saved Payment Methods: To delete or remove your saved credit card information from our system, you must first cancel and unsubscribe from all active subscriptions and services that are associated with that payment method. Once all subscriptions using the payment method have been cancelled, you may then remove the payment method from your account settings. Payment methods cannot be removed while active subscriptions are still in place to ensure uninterrupted service and prevent payment failures.
Payment Method Updates: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate. If your payment method expires, is declined, or needs to be updated, you must promptly update your payment information to avoid service interruption. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of your access to subscription services.
Security and Compliance: All payment information is processed through Stripe's secure, encrypted infrastructure in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Web Prodigies never has access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. The maximum liability of the Service Provider for any and all claims under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount ("Program Price") paid by the Client to the Service Provider for the services provided. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to the Client's use of the services provided under this Agreement. This limitation applies whether or not the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages and whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise.
NO REFUNDS: Due to the digital nature of our products, courses, codebases, guides, templates, and other digital materials, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in the specific product description or service offering. Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Chargeback Policy: The user waives any and all rights to charge back any purchase made under this Agreement. If a chargeback is filed and the Client is found responsible for payment, the Service Provider will charge a 30% fee (based on the total service price) to recoup costs from the chargeback dispute and any associated legal fees. If a refund is provided under exceptional circumstances, the User is responsible for covering Stripe fees, credit card fees, or any fees charged by the Service Provider's payment processors.
NO REFUNDS: All services, subscriptions, and products are strictly non-refundable due to the digital nature of our offerings, unless explicitly mentioned in the specific product description or service agreement. Once access is granted or digital content is delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Chargeback Policy: The user waives any and all rights to charge back any purchase made under this Agreement. If a chargeback is filed and the Client is found responsible for payment, the Service Provider will charge a 30% fee (based on the total service price) to recoup costs from the chargeback dispute and any associated legal fees. If a refund is provided under exceptional circumstances, the User is responsible for covering Stripe fees, credit card fees, or any fees charged by the Service Provider's payment processors.
The User recognizes and accepts that utilizing any services provided by The Service Provider is solely at their own risk. The training program is supplied on an "as is" basis, without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties for information services, coaching, continuous access, or products and services provided through or related to the services. The User acknowledges that they have selected the services at their own discretion and bears full responsibility for their actions or inactions taken in connection with the program. Neither The Service Provider nor any of its representatives shall be held accountable or liable for any decisions made by the User based on the advice provided through the program. The User assumes entire responsibility for the decisions they make during and after the services provided, as well as any resulting outcomes.
The Service Provider may provide affiliate links to certain websites or services. These affiliate links may provide compensation, benefits, and bonuses to the Service Provider if the User decides to use them. However, the client acknowledges that the decision to use these affiliate links is solely at their own discretion. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or quality of these websites or services, and any costs, risks, losses, or damages incurred from using these websites or services. The client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken as a result of using these websites or services.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Virginia. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis only. The client is not allowed to bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, and private attorney general actions are not allowed. The Client waives any right to a trial by jury and agrees to waive any right to participate in a class action.
By enrolling in Prodigies University, students agree to participate in regular assessments, including but not limited to the Student Performance & Accountability Form, which may be required monthly or as determined by Prodigies University. These assessments provide essential data to tailor course offerings and track individual progress, enhancing learning outcomes and overall program quality. Aggregated, anonymized data from these assessments may be used in marketing materials to showcase student success rates and program effectiveness, with or without public disclosure of the student's name and profile picture. To keep performance metrics clear and easy to understand, Prodigies University may occasionally round numbers or adjust figures slightly. These adjustments help streamline the presentation of data, allowing students to grasp overall trends without unnecessary complexity. While these numbers may be lightly inflated or deflated for simplicity, they remain representative of similar or actual performance outcomes and program success rates.
As a participant in the Web Prodigies services, you are required to provide a 5-minute to 10-minute video testimonial with a mutual agreement to post on social media platforms and the program's website to inspire other students and individuals with your progress.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company may modify the Terms with or without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
