All our code is protected by a license whether mentioned or not. You need to purchase a license for the project you want to monetize. You may select multiple licenses at checkout. Purchasing 1 license does not mean you own licenses to all our code.

The developer (often referred to as "we") shall provide a non-exclusive non transferrable license to the customer (often referred to as "you") in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

NON COMPETE

You are not allowed to create content on similar projects that we create, or products, licenses, code, designs and mockups. Send us an email if you want to do so after purchasing the license.

SCOPE OF LICENSE

The license is offered only for the project you chose at checkout. You are not entitled to any licenses for future or past projects if you haven't purchased one for those projects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You cannot claim to own the code, design, assets, ideas or sell them as your own. You are not allowed to mention Web Prodigies as part of your project.

COMMUNICATION

The customer agrees to send a written email confirming the domain on which your project will go live.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to this AGREEMENT or the services provided herein, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

NON-TRANSFERABLE LICENSE

The license for the code for this application cannot be resold or transferred to another third party.

NON EXCLUSIVE LICENSE

The license for the code is not exclusive to you.

THIRD PART

You agree to take all responsibility for, not limited to: tools, packages, third party integrations, assets, mockups, icons and all tools that were used to build the application.

EXPERT CONSULTING

The code is sold as is. Due to the traffic we get, and the nature of this license, we do not offer coding support, tech support, free consultations or assistance with this license / code in anyway. CODE IS SOLD AS IS

You understand that the project was an educational project and that the code is sold as is. The Customer acknowledges that the code was educational and may not be intended for production. The customer would still need to hire developers on their own to maintain and build the project for productions quality. The Developer is not responsible for the quality of the code.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Customer, does hereby waive and release, indemnify, and forever discharges WEB PRODIGIES LLC, and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, members, and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities, of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to the services, licenses, code, (“Services”) being provided to me by Company provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence, or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct. By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of loss financial or anything associated with such Services, including but not limited to temporary or permanent damage, unsatisfactory results from said Service being provided to me, code quality, and personal property damage. The provision of this Waiver and Release will continue in full force and effect even after termination of the Services being provided to me, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise. I have read, understand and fully agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release. I understand and confirm that by signing this Waiver and Release, I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to me. My payment is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional Waiver and Release of all liability to the full extent of the law.
